20 Suites Umalas has 20 private serviced suites in two sizes. Sixteen are one-bedroom suites of 50 m² for up to two guests, with a queen bed, on the ground or first floor. Four are two-bedroom suites of 120 m² for up to four guests, on the upper floor, with king-size beds and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub.
1 Bedroom Suite
Ideal for couples and solo travellers, our 50 m² one-bedroom suite sleeps two in a queen bed and is on the ground or first floor. It has everything you need for a short stay or a long one.

2 Bedroom Suite
Ideal for families or friends, our 120 m² two-bedroom suite sleeps four, with two king-size bedrooms, two bathrooms and room to spread out. It is on the upper floor.

There is no lift, so the first-floor and two-bedroom suites are reached by stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, ask for a ground-floor one-bedroom suite and we will do everything possible to arrange it, subject to availability.
Short stays
A few nights here is easy. Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM, and early check-in and late check-out are free, subject to availability. Reception is open until 10 PM, and our security team is on site at night to assist guests who arrive later, so please let us know in advance if you will be late.
We can arrange an airport transfer on request. Once you have booked, we send you a link to request a scooter, which is delivered to the property and can be left there when you go. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served from our menu at an additional cost, in your suite or by the pool, and we offer tour packages if you would like help planning your days. Long stays
The suites are just as comfortable for a month or longer. Monthly rates are available: contact Elld directly or use the website. Electricity is not included on longer stays and can be added for IDR 3,000,000 per month.
Daily cleaning, fast Wi-Fi, a kitchen with pots and pans and free parking are part of every stay. There is no laundry service at the property, but our team can recommend the nearest laundry shop or call them for you. Car parking is limited to four spaces, so please tell us before you arrive if you are bringing a car. The limit doesn't apply to motorbikes.

Booking and cancellation
Book on our website, where full payment confirms your booking, or contact us by email or WhatsApp. Reservations made that way are held for up to 24 hours while payment is confirmed. A 50% deposit secures the booking, and the balance is paid on arrival.
Bookings are non-refundable, but we offer one free reschedule within 12 months of the original booking date if you ask at least 3 days before check-in, depending on availability. Rescheduling applies to website and direct bookings only. You will find the full answers in the FAQ.
Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside, including on balconies and terraces, but not inside the suites.
