This policy explains how 20 Suites Umalas, managed by Elld Property ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, contact us or stay with us. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

What we collect

• When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, contact details and anything you tell us, such as your dates, number of guests or special requests.
• When you book: the details needed for your reservation, such as your name, contact details, stay dates, number of guests and payment details. Bookings made through the website are handled by our booking provider, letsbook.me.
• When you stay: the details we are required to record for guests, such as identity documents, and information about services you request, such as meals, airport transfers or scooter rental.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular (see below). It does not use advertising cookies, and it has no contact forms.

How we use it

We use your data to answer your questions, manage your booking and stay, arrange services you ask for, take payment, meet our legal obligations, and keep the property safe. We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us provide your stay, such as our booking and payment providers and the partners that deliver services you request (for example transfers, scooter rental or tours), and with authorities when the law requires it. If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com or another site, that site's own privacy policy also applies.

Third-party services on this website

• letsbook.me: the Book now buttons take you to our booking provider's site, where its own privacy policy applies.
• WhatsApp (Meta): WhatsApp links open a chat in WhatsApp, where Meta's privacy policy applies.
• Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages they view and roughly where they visit from. Google sets cookies and receives information about your visit, including your IP address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Google Maps: the map on the Contact page is provided by Google, which may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
• Instagram and Facebook: links to our pages take you to Meta's sites.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and stay records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Messages that don't lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop or limit how we use it, or to withdraw consent you have given. Email info@elldproperty.com and we will reply as soon as we can. Guests from the EU or UK also have rights under their own data protection laws.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
